Phillip-Michael Scales is a fantastic blues-rock singer-songwriter. His engaging repertoire of songs include covers of popular music as well as his own hits. Scales delivers a diverse selection of folk, soul, blues, jazz, indie, pop and Beatles covers using just his voice and an acoustic guitar. Fresh off an international tour with his band, organizers said they are thrilled to host this award-winner and budding legend right here in West Plains.
